So basically you're saying that Chris Cohan and Lew Wolff are bigger jokes than Al Davis? Davis the best owner in Oakland, that does not sound right, unless all the Oakland owners simply suck, haha

The Warriors really aren't an Oakland team as I've said before. Majority of their fans aren't in Oakland. Cohan has put the Warriors through misery ever since 1995. Remember they were the laughing stock until 2007? And now they are still a joke today after failing and drafting stupid people all these years. Now I'm not saying Anthony Randolph is a bust, but there are other players the warriors have taken over the years which are stupid. Fans want this guy gone more than Al Davis.
Walter Haas was good after Charlie Finley was gone for the A's. That was the last good owner in Oakland if not Al Davis in 2002.
The Warriors I think are most dysfunctional of the three and it is a big reason why I can't "bandwagon" them like alot of other Laker fans did in 2007.

Take a look at some of the mistakes the Warriors have done since they made the playoffs in 1994. I did a little research and talked to some Warriors fans over the years about the Chris Cohan era.
Drafts:
1993 #3 - Anfernee Hardaway
1994 #19 - nobody good
1995 #1 - Joe Smith instead of Jerry Stackhouse(3), Rasheed Wallace(4), Kevin Garnett(5)
1996 #11 - Todd Fuller instead of Kobe Bryant(13), Peja Stojakovic(14), Steve Nash(15), Jermaine O'Neal(17), Zydrunas Ilgauskas(20)
1997 #8 - Adonal Foyle instead of Tracy McGrady(9)
1998 #5 - Vince Carter (or Dirk Nowitzki(9), Paul Pierce(10))
1999 #10 - Could've had Jason Terry, but traded this pick away. Got Jeff Foster at #21
2000 #5 - Could've had Mike Miller, but traded this pick away. Got nothing instead
2001 #5 - Jason Richardson #30 - Gilbert Arenas (#14 - Troy Murphy, they got this by trading away Jeff Foster)
2002 #3 - Mike Dunleavy Jr. instead of Amare Stoudamire (#9), Caron Butler (#10)
#29 - Steve Logan instead of Carlos Boozer (#34)
2003 - Mickael Pietrus #11 instead of Josh Howard (#29)
2004 - #11 Andris Biedrins which is a good pick
2005 - #9 Ike Diogu instead of Danny Granger #17
2006 - #9 Patrick O' Bryant (Biggest Bust of the Cohan era.. remember what he did you your Jayhawks Scottie?) Could have had Rajon Rondo (#21)
2007 - Traded #36 pick Jemareo Davidson and Jason Richardson to the Charlotte Bobcats for #8 Brendan Wright
2008 - #14 Anthony Randolph which is a good pick
2009 - #7 Stephen Curry (People say drafting DHB was a typical Al Davis move, Drafting Curry was a typical and classic Don Nelson move.. I nailed this in my mock draft.)
So, if the warriors didn't trade anyone, and just got good drafts every year, they could potentially have had Kevin Garnett, Kobe Bryant, Tracy McGrady, Dirk Nowitzki, and Jason Terry all on the same team. (of course, assuming they had an equally terrible record at the end of the season despite having those superstars)
Drafting Stephen Curry made Monta Ellis want out because he doesn't want another guard in the backcourt. As we already know, Stephen Jackson has wanted out too.
Signings and trades:
1993- Traded Anfernee Hardaway, 1996 first round pick (#11-Todd Fuller), 1998 first round pick (#5-Vince Carter), 2000 first round pick (#5-Mike Miller) to the Magic for Chris Webber, (so Warriors got Webber, but gave up Penny, fuller, Carter, and Miller)
1994 — Traded Chris Webber to Bullets for Tom Gugliotta, 1996 first round pick (#11-Todd Fuller), 1998 first round pick (#5-Vince Carter), 2000 first round pick (#7-Chris Mihm) (See, the Magic owed the Bullets two picks, so the Magic gave the Bullets Vince Carter and Todd Fuller. Since the Bullets owed the Warriors two picks, they gave them those two.)
1995- Traded Tom Gugliotta for Donyell Marshall
2000 - Traded Donyell Marshall and Bill Curley away, and got Adam Keefe and Danny Fortson Adam Keefe played 1 season, 67 games, and averaged 12 minutes per game, 2.5pts, 3.1rebs
2003 - traded Danny Fortson, Antawn Jamison, Chris Mills and Jiri Welsch to the Dallas Mavericks for Evan Eschmeyer, Nick Van Exel, Avery Johnson, Popeye Jones and Antoine Rigaudeau.
2005 - Trade Dale Davis and Speedy Claxton to the New Orleans Hornets for Baron Davis
2007 - Traded Ike Diogu, Keith McLeod, Mike Dunleavy, Troy Murphy to the Pacers for Stephen Jackson, Al Harrington, Josh Powell and Šarūnas Jasikevičius
2008 - Traded Al Harrington to the Knicks for Jamal Crawford
2009 - Traded Jamal Crawford to the Atlanta Hawks for Speedy Claxton and Acie Law IV
I will agree the 2005 and 2007 trades were good.. but it seems everyone wants out now. All the other trades were garbage.
