He's the one who made this deal. I think the Broncos sure wanted to get a move like this because let's face it, they need a D-line like us and at least we picked up some desperation with Seymour.

He's going to make Seymour hate the Raiders, just like he did to every other player he traded for/signed! Give up on Davis, he sucks now like he has the past 10 years! Hire a GM! (same goes to Jerry Jones and Mike Brown)

The scrubs of the AFC West will be the Broncos.. if Adam Schefter himself said we are the second best team of the AFC West, we're not that bad.

I'm not saying the Raiders aren't a good team. But Al Davis always is a distraction, and if he can never be patient with coaches, the Raiders will never find success. The Raiders could be one of the best teams in the NFL five years from now, but they won't achieve it because Al Davis keeps firing coaches! Cut ties with the old man already! Even as a Chiefs fan it's time for the Raiders to win again!

Davis would need to die for his wife to take over. I'm not sure of the plan of what happens, but I know his wife or son would have the ownership in the event that he is dead.

This was an interesting article. It seems like you bring up Al Davis more than I do and love talking about him haha. I still think other NFL fans must be jealous they have no superbowl or fewer than the Raiders. Specifically Buffalo Bills fans just because their owner is older than Davis and they still haven't won anything after 4 attempts. Davis is still a hall of famer no matter what.

Quit living in the past. Fact is, in the present, Davis sucks. Don't like him just because he has 3 Super Bowls, that was a looong time ago.
Sliver is right. Davis is the worst owner in the league. He once he was among the best, but keep in mind that was years ago. He's gotten old, causing him to ultimately lose his football knowledge. Why can't he give coaches more time? If he did that the Raiders might be winning, but that isn't the case. I was shocked to hear that you liked him so much. When I discovered you were a Raider fan, I was thinking you must hate his guts, instead I found out he was pretty much your favorite sports figure! Didn't see that one coming!

No I don't like him completely, but Raider fans like being the "bad guys" and Davis does bring raider football. If you do consider him the worst owner in the league.. your chiefs have one superbowl and it was a LONGER time ago when they last won it. If you're gonna live on what is happening now you're far mistaken. The Raiders will always be an all-time great team even if these past 6 years are ugly. They still have more superbowls than alot of teams do.

Look at the Detroit Lions owners.. the Ford family. They'be only won one playoff game in their ownership with the Lions. This is since 1964!

William Clay Ford needs to hand the ownership to someone else. To keep Matt Millen as long as he did, and to be so bad through the years, man the Lions are awful! Davis may be bad, but you are right on this one, he's not as bad as Ford!
