This guy is walking down the street wearing a Omar Cuff jersey!

Why do you think that's strange? Well Omar Cuff never actually made the team!

I think it kinda sucks for this guy that his favorite player never actually made the Titans’ roster.

He was only a member of the team for 4 practices in 2008.
