Bulgarian National Team??? Former Western Kentucky player Filip Videnov has emerged as one of the leaders on the Bulgarian National Team. In the first of two exhibition games against traditional power Russia, Videnov put in 18 points. Bulgaria squeaked by with an 89-88 victory on a last-second three-pointer. The two teams will meet in the second game in the exhibition series today. Videnov graduated from WKU in 2003 and played professionally first in his native Bulgaria with BC Levski Sofia and later with KK Split in Croatia, SLUC Nancy in France, Tekelspor in Turkey.
