Gotta get your name out there somehow... I'm working on it, that's why I made the stand-up specific Myspace page. I've been perusing live comedy podcasts on Ustream and have picked up some fans that way. I've only been on stage 4 times (I just started doing stand-up in January) but I picked up fans every time I go out. I'm starting to win over traveling comedians, and that will definetly help me, i've already had one ask me if i'd be interested in possibly opening a show sometime. But as far as getting my name out there, i'm definitely open to suggestions Dinks. For now i'm perfectly content on paying my dues and working my way up that ladder. Have you ever performed in Louisville? The Improv or Comedy Caravan? You look familiar. No sir. I was supposed to do Comedy Off Broadway in Lexington and my truck broke down the DAY OF, and I couldn't make it. A big bummer, I wasn't gonna get paid, but still got to go infront of a new crowd. |

When I first saw everybody had a kinda f'd up name except you, which was "owner of 14 inch cock". I changed your name from that to Mike Rotch. The next day everybodies name was normal, and now i'm funny fat guy again. If it weren't so damned true i'd be totally offended! Just kidding by the way. |
