To Dink and Scott - I appreciate it fellas
To Dink - No, I don't sleep with my mom, 99% of my act is made up, just like Jerry Springer
To Scott - Yes I am a massive human being, health wise it's a good lifestyle, but comedy wise it helps with material cause anytime i'm stuck I can fall back on that. And no that girl really wasn't my girlfriend. As I said, 99% of Springer is fake, the only real part of our skit was my nickname is really Nacho and we really did all work at a strip club together.

Not surprised that it was all an act. I was actually joking about being jealous of you meeting Jerry Springer. I've never been a fan of him and he doesn't seem like the best person to be around.

Not surprised that it was all an act. I was actually joking about being jealous of you meeting Jerry Springer. I've never been a fan of him and he doesn't seem like the best person to be around. Yeah, I don't even like the show myself. I had a buddy who went on there like 2 or 3 months before I did, and the producers asked him if he knew anybody who would go and gave them my number. It was a 3 day all expense paid trip, so I decided to take em up on it, even though I don't care for the show. |

Gotta get your name out there somehow... I'm working on it, that's why I made the stand-up specific Myspace page. I've been perusing live comedy podcasts on Ustream and have picked up some fans that way. I've only been on stage 4 times (I just started doing stand-up in January) but I picked up fans every time I go out. I'm starting to win over traveling comedians, and that will definetly help me, i've already had one ask me if i'd be interested in possibly opening a show sometime. But as far as getting my name out there, i'm definitely open to suggestions Dinks. For now i'm perfectly content on paying my dues and working my way up that ladder. |

I would tone down the dick stuff. No one wants to hear about a fat guy's wang. Other than that, I like that you can poke fun at yourself. Definitely gives you something to fall back on if your material isn't working!
