Why is it that Kentucky fans think Xavier Henry will suck, when they wanted him really badly?

Why is it that having only a pack of rolling papers in the state of Kentucky will get you an automatic 7 days in jail but being over the legal limit for alcohol consumption in Florida paired with taking a mans life will warrant a 30 day jail sentence.
I know there are certain circumstances with the Stallworth trial, such as the man illegally jay-walking and the family agreeing to that particular sentence, but think about it... 7 days for a pack of papers?!? I want justice, tokers are voters, give us equal rights!

Get caught in Kentucky 3 times with pot, it's a felony. Get caught 2 times with Rolling Papers it's a felony! Don't seem too right there either! Especially since you can buy rolling papers in any store!

Because Stallworth paid the victim's family off to keep them from seriously going after him during his trial. Come on, if you have money, you can buy your way out of jail!
