Cliff Lee was sensational tonight. Kinda pissed J-Ro threw that grounder into the crowd in the 9th inning to foil the shutout. Oh well, on to Game 2 where I'll hold my breath with Pedro on the mound. And Chase baby! Maybe that UCLA pic you have there Roller is goodluck!

With Hamels playing next though.. I'm pretty sure he is a San Diego native and I'm familiar with the HS he went to. My cousin (the same Colorado Buffalo one) graduated from there as well.

Utley was safe. Bullshit call costs Howard a chance to bat as the go-ahead run. I guess Howard trapped the ball the previous inning when they got a DP. These umps suck!

Pedro was really good yesterday, but Burnett was outstanding. Glad I'm not an Indians fan either. Lee vs. Sabathia must have been tough to take. What could have been for them in 2007?
