I said the Big East sucks, but the ACC isn't that much better. Week 4:

Georgia Tech over North Carolina
Wake Forest over Boston College
Rutgers over Maryland
Pitt over NC State
TCU over Clemson
Miami over Virginia Tech (I think the Canes are one of the elite teams this year and beat the Hokies in Blacksburg)
Duke over NC Central
