Derrick Thomas, my favorite Chief, will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame today along with Bob Hayes, Randall McDaniel, Ralph Wilson, Rod Woodson, and Bruce Smith. His induction is way overdue, he should have been a first ballot. But his death cut his career short. But this will be a great day for me, and Kige I think you should blog the inductees in addition to the Hall of Fame Game tomorrow.
And roller, as much as you hate my Chiefs, you have to admit, DT was awesome.

Rod Woodson did nothing for Oakland. Give credit to DT

Rod Woodson was an absolute terror for the Steelers.

Woodson actually scored that infamous Pick 6 against Denver.

Give credit to DT already! Woodson was a stud in Pittsburgh, but who cares about what he did in Oakland!
Roller really does hate the Chiefs. Can't even give respect to Lamar Hunt, the founder of the AFL (and before you mention Davis, he played the most minor role in the establishment, he wasn't in the "Foolish Club"). Yeah we're rivals, but I've given respect to lots of Raiders such as Gene Upshaw, Howie Long, John Madden, among others. Hell I hated John Elway but at least I could admit he was a stud!

He probably hates DT because he owned Oakland quarterbacks.

We wouldn't have made the superbowl without Woodson.

I disagree. That team was all about your offense!

It helps me remember that team was filled with veterans. Gannon, Rice, Woodson all were in the league for a damn long time. For some reason they really sucked the next season. Oh wait, that was Al Davis' fault!

And Bill Callahan... they would have been better off with the old guy from Callahan Auto Parts from Tommy Boy... what's his name? he also played Bob Knight in that terrible ESPN movie...

I kind of lose respect for people who do stupid things like DT who didn't wear a seatbelt. I do respect him still and he was a great player no doubt about that. I don't really respect Herb Brooks for doing the same thing.
It's funny how that picture above is shown, but in his last NFL game, the Raiders knocked your chiefs out of what would have been the playoffs that year. I remember Joe Nedney made the game-winning kick and the chief mascot was bumping his head on the goal post. 41-38!!!

Man, that's rough Roller. Yes, you should always wear a seat belt, but it's harsh to say you lose respect for someone because of it. He didn't deserve to die because he didn't wear his seat belt!

Blah blah blah, knocked Chiefs out blah blah blah. It wasn't supposed to be his last game to begin with. But Joe Nedney helped us get to the playoffs win he kicked the game winner against the Broncos in 2006!

I agree with Whale. You don't have respect for Herb Brooks only because he didn't wear a seatbelt? The man coached us to that gold medal with the Miracle on Ice. You don't have much American pride in the Olympics, especially since you root for the Japs!

Yeah I'd have to say RollerCharlieBrown isn't very tolerant. Lost respect for someone cause they didn't wear their seat belt? I thought I heard them all, but this is a new one. And you root for the Japanese in the olympics over the red, white and blue? What a troll!

I actually like the USA first... I don't root for Japan that much....

IT's really just as bad as how players take steroids and pull off a Plaxico Burress.
