That must suck. How come you and your man didn't think of using a condom or something? Even saran wrap would limit the pregnancy chances!

46-year-old granny? You had sex in high school and taught your kids to do the same things it seems. Not a very good parent?

Ok.. let's get something straight! My first son who will be 30 years old in 3 weeks... went to college, has a very successful job, and waited until he was 29 years old before he got married and had a son.
My second son... 24 years old. NEVER has had sex! Why? Because he's mentally handicapped/Autistic and blind. He lives here with me, but has two jobs! Great kid!!!!!!
My daughter, who just turned 22 years old. Graduated in May with honors, also with TWO degrees at WKU who is now going to start Grad school once school starts. Pledges she will NOT have kids or marriage until her career has fully been established. Dated the same guy for years, NO KIDS!
So with all that being said Jayhawks, I think I've raised my children pretty good. Especially since for most of their life, I was a single mom, working two jobs to raise them. NONE of them have ever been in trouble, none ever gotten anyone pregnant other than my oldest son's wife or... gotten pregnant.
The most successful accomplishment in my life are my children! Yep I grew up with them, but I was always a good mom. I never missed any of my son's baseball, basketball, football, golf, weightlifting, or academic events... I never missed a band competition, or an academic event for my daughter. I fought like crazy for the bill No Child Left behind for handicapped children in schools. Not to mention PTA secretary for two years, room mother for all of my children. And to think, I was a teenage mom!

My daughter is the only one of my children who have ever met Kige and that was at a WKU basketball game.

That would be really weird if Kige was your kids' step dad, when your kids are older than Kige. I hope I don't get my girl pregant, I'm deffinitely not ready to be a parent yet. It's good that your kids didn't have sex early, but you still did. Did you have all of your kids with one dude or did three dudes knock you up? But good to see you've been a good parent. I know I wouldn't have been a good parent when I was 16!

Growing up Scottie, my family always had money.. we belonged to the country club.. we had vacation houses all over the place. We traveled all over the world. When I got 16 my parents were truly embarrassed once I got pregnant they sent me away. They refused for me to get married, so they wouldn't sign. I set out to do it on my own, and I did. My parents never gave me anything. My dad said I would never amount to anything. So all of my life I had something to prove. I own my own business, I own my own home, my car, I've paid for 2 college educations that I never had, but made sure my children did. So I've not done too bad, but I've had to do without a lot in my life. My oldest son does have a different father than my other two kids, due to the fact that he never gave me a penny to support his son, he's only seen him once. He was only 16 too when I got pregnant. When I married my two other kids dad, he could not cope with having a handicapped child, so he eventually left as well.
It's hard now days to have children, today's society is so hard to deal with. Especially with crime, gangs, drugs, etc... But people can do it.
Get established... save about 1.8 million dollars and have about 1 1/2 kids! And you and your girlfriend will do good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way send them to WKU! It's a great school!

Actually Dink it's nothing glamorous by no means, but it pays the bills I suppose. I should quit and open up an Health Insurance company!!!!!!!!!!!
I should find something that pays me to type on this message board!
By the way Dink.. what in the world do you do, besides respond to this message board!
I think you should censor tv shows!

I am from Russellville.. his town, which is a very small town, and everyone knows everyone, and is related to everyone there.. I think I use to know his parents a long time ago. But it's been years ago. Anyway I hadn't seen him since he was a baby. Until one night at a WKU game, and Kige sit with me next to the band and we watched the Tops play.
