Beasley was better than Hansblow. He was scoring like crazy and was an all-around great player. Beasley scored 39 points against Kansas, Hansblow got owned by Cole Aldrich against Kansas. I think Hansblow was pretty good but B-Easy should have won POY.
He wasn't even the best player on UNC. Clearly Lawson and Ellington were way better. And he didn't deserve all the media attention either. Why does such an overrated player get more attention than anybody?

Sorry but I can't respect Hansblow. Sort of like Kige not being able to respect Teblow.

Hansblow was pretty committed. Tebow's Speech after that loss to Ole Miss will always be remembered by Gators fans. I was pissed Bradford won the heisman but now it seems like a jinx that the heisman loses the bowl games haha. I find Bradford a bit overrated because of his supporting cast.

How far did K-State go? How far did UNC go?

K-State did have that Walker guy too. I don't get why he left after the season with Beasley as well as Love, Rose etc.

If Player of the Year was based on who's team went the farthest, Mario Chalmers would have been player of the year. To determine the Player of the Year, it's about who's the best player, not the best player on the best team (at the time UNC sort was considered to be the best team). Believe me I saw both Beasley and Hansbrough play in person. Beasley is more athletic, more explosive, and a better all-around player than Hansblow. At least people knew Blake Griffin was better than Hansblow.

I can't wait to see Gerald Henderson brake Hansblow's nose again and make him cry like a baby...this time it'll happen in the NBA!

Beasley clearly has more talent. But anyone who spits on what Hansbrough did in college is just stupid. He earned everything he got, including the 2009 National Championship. And believe me, I was rooting against them.

Lebron has admitted to smoking pot. I knew he had problems, but I didn't know he was high.

I don't think Pot matters too much. Josh Howard admitted to that too. Of course I am personally against it. but Cabron James already ruined his reputation after the season ended.

In Ohio pot is decriminalized, meaning you can get caught with up to 200 grams and only get a $100 dollar ticket... assuming it's all in one bag, not already rolled up looking like you had intent to sell it.

I wouldn't blame you at all. I really prefer Ohio to Kentucky myself. There country is just as beautiful as it is in Kentucky, and the laws are ALOT more laid back. I've got friends who have lived in Kentucky for years but have their vehicles registered in families name in Ohio so they don't have to pay all those extra taxes. I live right on the Ohio/Kentucky border, so am able to enjoy the cheaper Tobacco while living in Ohio and not paying taxes for things i've already paid taxes on before which I own.
